These Instructions for Use (“IFU”) describe the intended purpose, capabilities, limitations, and deployment requirements of the Such Much AI Services.

This document forms part of the Documentation referenced in the Such Much AI Terms of Service and is intended to support lawful and responsible deployment of the Services under applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act).

The Services may include:
- prompt-based document drafting

- proposal and contract drafting assistance
- document summarization and transformation
- document generation from structured inputsdocument export (PDF, DOCX, and other formats)
- workflow and template configuration
- API access and integrations with external systems

The Services operate through:
- web-based user interfaces
- APIs
- export tools
- administrative dashboards

The Services may be updated periodically to improve performance, security, or functionality.

3. Intended Purpose
The Services are intended to assist users in generating draft documents and structured text outputs based on user prompts and input data.
Typical intended use cases include:
- procurement documentation drafting
- request for proposal (RFP) drafting
- policy and administrative documentation
- internal business documents
- contract drafting assistance
- sales proposals
- grant applications
- internal reports and summaries

The Services are designed to support document drafting workflows, not to make autonomous decisions.
Outputs generated by the Services must be reviewed and approved by a human user before use.

4. Intended Users

5. AI System Classification
The Services operate as general-purpose AI-assisted drafting tools.When used within the intended purpose described in this document, the Services are not designed as high-risk AI systems.However, the regulatory classification of an AI system may depend on how it is deployed. If a customer modifies or uses the Services in a way that materially changes the intended purpose, the regulatory classification may change.Customers remain responsible for ensuring that their deployment of the Services complies with applicable law.

6. Human Oversight
Human oversight is required when using the Services.Users must review Outputs before using them in any operational, legal, regulatory, or public context.Human review should include:verifying factual accuracyconfirming legal referencesvalidating procurement or regulatory complianceconfirming correct citations and referencesediting and adjusting content as necessaryThe Services are designed as drafting assistance tools, not as autonomous decision systems.

7. AI Literacy Requirements
Organizations deploying the Services should ensure that personnel using the system possess an appropriate level of AI literacy.
This includes understanding:
- the probabilistic nature of AI systemsthe potential for errors or hallucinations
- the importance of human oversight
- the risks of relying on unverified outputstransparency obligations for AI-generated content
Organizations remain responsible for ensuring staff competence and training.
Training may include internal programs or training provided through Such Much AI Professional Services.

8. Transparency of AI-Generated Content
The Services may embed machine-readable indicators or metadata in exported files identifying them as AI-generated or AI-assisted.Such indicators may not persist after:
- editingcopy-pasting
- format conversion
- OCR or extraction
- downstream publishing workflows
If indicators are removed or do not persist, the responsibility for any legally required disclosure of AI-generated content rests with the organization publishing the content.
Users must comply with applicable transparency obligations when publishing AI-generated material.

9. Limitations of the System
Outputs generated by the Services may:
- contain inaccuracies
- include outdated information
- contain incomplete or fabricated references
- reflect biases in source data
- omit important contextual information
- vary across similar prompts
Outputs should always be considered draft material requiring verification.
The Services are not intended to replace professional advice.

10. Data Handling
Customer Data submitted to the Services remains under the control of the Customer.
Such Much AI processes Customer Data only to:
- provide the Services
- maintain system functionality
- provide support
- ensure security and service integrity

Customer Data is not used to train models for other customers unless the customer explicitly opts in in writing.
Customer Data is hosted within the European Economic Area by default.Processing of personal data is governed by the Data Processing Terms referenced in the Terms of Service.

11. SecuritySuch Much AI implements technical and organizational measures designed to protect:confidentialityintegrityavailabilityof Customer Data and the Services.Customers remain responsible for:managing user accessprotecting account credentialsimplementing internal security controls

12. Incident Reporting
If Such Much AI becomes aware of a security incident affecting Customer Data or the availability of the Services, affected customers will be notified without undue delay.
Customers remain responsible for their own statutory reporting obligations under applicable law.
Such Much AI will cooperate with customers to provide available information necessary for regulatory or supervisory notifications where required.

13. System UpdatesSuch Much AI may update models, algorithms, or service components periodically.
Updates may affect:
- output quality
- performance
- available features
- system behavior

Material changes affecting system operation will be reflected in updated Documentation.

14. Environmental ConsiderationsAI systems require computational resources and electricity to operate.Such Much AI seeks to use energy-efficient infrastructure and cloud providers where possible to reduce environmental impact.
