This AI Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the Such Much AI services, including the website available at https://suchmuchai.com/, the application available at https://app.suchmuchai.com/, related APIs, exports, workflows, and associated features (collectively, the “Services”).The Services are provided by UAB Such Much AI, company code 306405204, registered address Bukčių g. 6-38, Vilnius, LT-04127, Lithuania (“Such Much AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. Purpose of this PolicyThe Services are designed as AI-assisted drafting and document-generation tools for lawful business and public-sector use.This Policy explains:permitted uses of the Services;prohibited uses of the Services;user responsibilities when relying on Outputs;rules on transparency, oversight, and compliance.

2. Permitted UseYou may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with:the Terms of Service;this AI Use Policy;the Instructions for Use / Documentation;applicable law and binding professional obligations.Permitted use includes internal professional use for activities such as:drafting business documents;drafting procurement and tender materials;drafting proposals, policies, reports, and contracts;transforming, structuring, and summarizing documents;preparing draft administrative or operational documentation.All Outputs must be subject to appropriate human review before publication, filing, submission, or operational use.

3. Human Review and ResponsibilityYou are solely responsible for:reviewing Outputs for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness;verifying facts, citations, references, and legal statements;ensuring compliance with procurement, regulatory, administrative, and sector-specific rules;determining whether an Output is suitable for use in your specific context;making final human decisions regarding publication, submission, filing, or reliance.The Services are drafting-assistance tools only. They do not replace legal, procurement, tax, accounting, medical, employment, cybersecurity, or other professional judgment.

4. Transparency and AI-Generated ContentWhere the Services technically support it, exported files may include machine-readable indicators or metadata that identify content as AI-generated or AI-assisted.You acknowledge that such technical indicators may not survive:copying and pasting;editing or reformatting;OCR or extraction;conversion between file formats;downstream publication workflows.If you remove, overwrite, or fail to preserve such indicators, or if they do not persist due to downstream processing, you are responsible for any disclosure, labeling, or transparency measures required by applicable law in the final publication or deployment context.You must not falsely represent AI-generated or AI-assisted content as purely human-authored where such representation would be misleading or unlawful.

5. Prohibited UsesYou may not use the Services to:
5.1 Unlawful or harmful activityviolate any applicable law or regulation;infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other third-party rights;generate unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or malicious content;facilitate fraud, impersonation, phishing, or social engineering;generate or distribute malware, exploit code, or harmful instructions intended to compromise systems or data.
5.2 Prohibited AI practices and abusive decision-makingengage in prohibited AI practices under applicable law;manipulate, deceive, or exploit individuals in a manner likely to cause harm;support unlawful discrimination or exclusion;make fully automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on natural persons without legally required safeguards and meaningful human oversight;use the Services as an autonomous decision-maker in areas requiring regulated professional or public-authority judgment.
5.3 High-risk or restricted use cases without separate approvalUnless separately assessed and expressly agreed by Such Much AI in writing, you may not use the Services as a primary or autonomous system for:employment candidate screening or employment decisions;credit scoring or insurance risk decisions;medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations;law enforcement decision-making;biometric identification or categorization;migration, asylum, or border-control decision-making;educational assessment decisions materially affecting individuals;any use case that materially changes the documented intended purpose of the Services or would reasonably require additional regulatory assessment.
5.4 Misleading publication and misinformationYou may not use the Services to:knowingly publish false or misleading content as verified fact;fabricate authorities, case law, references, citations, or documentary evidence and present them as real;generate fake official statements, fake public notices, fake government communications, or fake procurement documents intended to mislead others;produce deceptive synthetic content without any legally required disclosure.
5.5 Security abuse and system misuseYou may not:reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive non-public parts of the Services, except where mandatory law permits it;bypass rate limits, access controls, or security controls;scrape or crawl the Services except as expressly permitted;overload, stress-test, or disrupt the Services without prior written authorization;use the Services to build or train competing systems using the Services’ outputs, behavior, or non-public components in breach of the Terms of Service.
5.6 Restricted data and sensitive contentUnless expressly agreed by Such Much AI in writing and subject to appropriate safeguards, you may not submit:special categories of personal data;criminal-offence data;classified information;data protected by heightened statutory secrecy obligations;content for which you do not have the right to process, upload, or use.

6. Public-Sector and Procurement UseIf you use the Services in procurement, public administration, or other regulated institutional contexts, you remain solely responsible for ensuring that:Outputs comply with applicable legal requirements;any AI-generated draft is appropriately reviewed by a competent human;citations, legal references, and factual statements are independently verified;any legally required transparency or disclosure is applied;the Services are not used beyond their documented intended purpose.Use of the Services in public-sector or procurement contexts does not transfer legal responsibility for decisions, filings, awards, approvals, or official acts to Such Much AI.

7. Data and Confidentiality ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis and all necessary rights to submit any data or content to the Services.You must not upload content:in breach of confidentiality obligations;in breach of data-protection law;in breach of procurement secrecy, professional secrecy, or contractual nondisclosure restrictions;in breach of export-control, sanctions, or information-security laws.You remain responsible for configuring access rights and internal handling practices within your organization.

8. Accuracy, Verification, and No Reliance Without ReviewOutputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your context.You must not rely on Outputs without appropriate human verification where accuracy matters, especially in connection with:legal or contractual documents;procurement documents;government filings;regulatory submissions;compliance decisions;rights-affecting communications;public-facing statements;operational or financial decisions.

9. EnforcementIf we reasonably believe that you have violated this Policy, we may take proportionate action, including:issuing a warning;requiring corrective action;removing or blocking content;limiting features or usage;suspending access;terminating access or the relevant Services;reporting unlawful conduct to competent authorities where required or appropriate.We may act immediately where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, other users, third parties, or compliance with law.
